The Easiest + Best Chicken You'll Ever Make

I love food that is easy and the best.
It's asking a lot, but it doesn't get much better than that, now does it?
For me, the best chicken is moist and flavorful,
which exactly what this recipes yields.

You will need:
-chicken fillets (as many as you would like)
-extra virgin olive oil
-poultry seasoning (I love Borsari which you can buy at Whole Foods)
-tin foil

Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees F.

Lay out one sheet of tin foil per chicken fillet.
Spread a 1/8 teaspoon of olive oil on the tin foil
and sprinkle about 1/4 a teaspoon (eyeball it) of your seasoning on the olive oil.

Wash and dry your chicken and place one fillet on each piece of prepared tin foil.
Spread about a 1/8 (or less) teaspoon of olive oil on top of the chicken fillet
and sprinkle about 1/8 teaspoon of seasoning on top.

You should now be looking at something like this...

Roll your tin foil up tightly into a little packet.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
After removing from the oven, let sit for 5 minutes...
Then open your little chicken gift!

How easy is that?

  1. I'm supposed to BBQ tonight, so I might just follow this recipe! Happened to stumble across your blog and I LOVE the name! xo

    1. Thank you! You must let me know how the chicken turns out! :)
